All training staff is certified through an accredited personal training agency. Trainers will customize your daily workouts and nutritional plan to meet your personal goal. -

FREE unlimited tanning with membership!
Standard beds have the option of facial tanning. Our Shelbyville and Spring Hill locations have stand up tanning beds. All locations carry bronzing lotions. -
